What parts is the Rotary MarkMate built for?

It marks the outer diameter of cylindrical parts such as pipe nipples. It handles parts from 1/2 inch to 4 inch OD and lengths up to 12 inches.

How fast does it mark parts?

Up to 40 parts per minute. The chain feed keeps parts moving through the machine at a steady pace.

Can the Rotary MarkMate run automatically?

Yes. You can hand feed it, or attach it to one of our FeedMate step feeders for a fully automated rotary marking system.

What comes standard with the machine?

A type holder is included, so you can load your characters and start marking. Set-up and operation are easy, and like all MSI machines it’s painted Safety Green with yellow guards.
