With speeds up to 40 parts per minute, production can be greatly increased on marking the ends of studs, rods and shafts. Attach one of our FeedMate® parts feeders to automatically load parts to the marking machine for a fully automated operation.

What is the difference between the AMM-24 and the MM-24?

The AMM-24 loads and marks parts automatically. The MM-24 is loaded by an operator. Both mark the ends of cylindrical parts like bolts, studs, and shafts using the same marking method. The choice comes down to volume. If someone is spending most of a shift feeding a marking machine by hand, the AMM-24 puts that person somewhere more useful.

Can the AMM-24 run unattended?

It runs automatically once it is loaded and set up, so nobody is handling individual parts. How long it runs between refills depends on part size and hopper capacity. Does the AMM-24 need a parts feeder?

What parts can the AMM-24 mark?
